To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and is correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim through them

All of our products are made to order from our store in Queen Creek, AZ. Most designs from our store can be made in 3-5 days and will be shipped within 7 business days. Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or damaged item.

Delivery time will be affected by public holidays, mailing address, or inclement weather.
